No Bake Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut butter (I used cashew butter)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Optional toppings

  • Sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients together

  2. Form the mixture into balls

  3. Line a plate with parchment paper and place the balls on it without flattening them

  4. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes

  5. Remove from the fridge and roll the balls in sprinkles

  6. Flatten them into cookies

  7. Place back in the freezer for 1 hour

  8. Remove and enjoy
