No Bake Sugar Cookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Icing

  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix together the nut butter, coconut flour, maple syrup, vanilla protein, and cinnamon.

  2. Line a brownie pan with parchment paper and shape the mixture into a square.

  3. Smooth it out and freeze for at least 2 hours.

  4. Remove from the freezer and top with the icing.

  5. Melt the icing ingredients in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix them together.

  6. Put back in the freezer for 30 to 60 minutes to let the icing harden.

  7. Serve and enjoy.

Tips

  1. Store in the fridge or freezer.

  2. Prepare the icing about 10-15 minutes before it is needed.
