No Bake Chocolate Donut Holes
Ingredients
Donut holes
- 1/2 cup nut butter of choice (e.g., cashew butter)
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chocolate collagen (or vegan chocolate protein powder)
Icing
- 2 tablespoons coconut butter
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation
In a bowl, mix together the donut hole ingredients.
Roll the mixture into balls to make about 8-9.
Line a plate with parchment paper, place the balls on it, and refrigerate for about an hour to firm up.
Mix together the icing ingredients.
Microwave the icing mixture for 10-15 seconds to make it liquid.
Dip the donut holes into the icing and refrigerate again for 30 minutes to 1 hour to harden the icing.
Tips
Try not to eat them all in one sitting.
