No Bake Chocolate Donut Holes

Ingredients

Donut holes

  • 1/2 cup nut butter of choice (e.g., cashew butter)
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate collagen (or vegan chocolate protein powder)

Icing

  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together the donut hole ingredients.

  2. Roll the mixture into balls to make about 8-9.

  3. Line a plate with parchment paper, place the balls on it, and refrigerate for about an hour to firm up.

  4. Mix together the icing ingredients.

  5. Microwave the icing mixture for 10-15 seconds to make it liquid.

  6. Dip the donut holes into the icing and refrigerate again for 30 minutes to 1 hour to harden the icing.

Tips

  1. Try not to eat them all in one sitting.
