5-Ingredient No-Bake Sugar Cookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Icing

  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all the bar ingredients together.

  2. Line a brownie pan with parchment paper.

  3. Shape the mixture into a square in the pan.

  4. Smooth it out and put it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

  5. Remove from the freezer.

  6. Melt the icing ingredients in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix well.

  7. Top the bars with the icing.

  8. Put back in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour to let it harden.

Tips

  1. Store the bars in the fridge or freezer.

  2. Prepare the icing about 10-15 minutes before you need it.
