Almond Flour Cookie Dough with Chocolate Gems

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup Hu Kitchen Gems, chopped

Preparation

  1. Stir together the almond butter, maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Add the flours and salt. Mix to combine.

  3. Gently fold in the chopped chocolate.

  4. Scoop or roll into balls.

  5. Refrigerate until firm (at least an hour or so) and eat!
