Double Chocolate Collagen Crunch Bars
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut butter (or more oil if you don’t have it)
- 1/4 cup cocoa or cacao powder
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup or agave
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1-2 tbsp collagen (optional, I used @copinaco)
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup @lovelilbucks cacao sprouted buckwheat
Preparation
Melt and stir together the coconut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and almond butter.
Add the cocoa powder, collagen, and salt.
Stir until smooth.
Pour into a shallow dish lined with wax paper.
Sprinkle with the buckwheat.
Freeze until set.
