Healthy Chocolate Bunnies with Almond Butter Filling
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3/4 cup almond butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds.
Add half of the melted chocolate to the pans, which should be sprayed with nonstick spray, filling about one-third of each cup. Place in the freezer until hardened.
In another bowl, mix the almond butter and maple syrup together with a spoon.
Once the chocolate is hard, add the almond butter mixture and flatten it with a knife. Then, add the remaining chocolate on top. Freeze until ready to eat.
