Easy No-Bake Cranberry Coconut Rolls

Ingredients

  • 150 grams desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons milk powder (optional)
  • 100 grams condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons cardamom powder (vanilla essence optional)
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped US Cranberries

Preparation

  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add 150 grams desiccated coconut.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons milk powder if using.

  4. Add 100 grams condensed milk.

  5. Add 2 teaspoons cardamom powder or vanilla essence if using.

  6. Mix it well and form a ball.

  7. Take out one-quarter of this mixture into another bowl.

  8. Add 3 tablespoons finely chopped US Cranberries and mix well with hands.

  9. Place a plastic wrap on a chopping board.

  10. Spread the remaining coconut mixture on it to make a thick layer.

  11. Shape the cranberry mixture into a cylindrical roll.

  12. Place the cranberry roll on the coconut layer.

  13. Roll the coconut layer over the cranberry roll using the cling film.

  14. Wrap it and refrigerate to set.

  15. Remove from refrigerator and cut into pieces.

Tips

  1. If the mixture is hard to bind, add 1-2 teaspoons more condensed milk or 1 teaspoon ghee.
