Condensed Milk Coconut Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk (395 g)
  • 1/2 can heavy cream without whey
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g milk powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pan and stir until fully combined.

  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a firm filling consistency.

  3. Let it cool and then use as desired.

Tips

  1. After cooling, beat with 1 cup of whipped cream to increase yield.
