Condensed Milk Coconut Filling
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk (395 g)
- 1/2 can heavy cream without whey
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 100 g milk powder
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a pan and stir until fully combined.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a firm filling consistency.
Let it cool and then use as desired.
Tips
After cooling, beat with 1 cup of whipped cream to increase yield.
