Chilled No-Bake Oat Pudding

Ingredients

  • 75g instant oat flour
  • 260g coconut milk

Optional

  • 1 tablespoon chocolate hazelnut spread

Preparation

  1. Mix the oat flour with the plant-based milk.

  2. Heat the mixture on the stove while whisking continuously to prevent lumps.

  3. Cook until it thickens, then turn off the heat.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Garnish as desired and serve.
