Colorful Raw Cashew Energy Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups cashews
- 1/2 cup rice malt syrup
- 2.8 oz white chocolate
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp ashwagandha
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- 1 tbsp activated charcoal
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except spirulina and charcoal until rich and creamy.
Divide batter into three bowls.
Add spirulina in one.
Activated charcoal in another.
Keep the other one white.
Pour dollops of colored batter into the main batter.
Don’t mix.
Continue until the color is done.
Pour your batter into a mold.
Garnish with blue lotus petals and blueberries.
Freeze overnight.
