Homemade Milk Chocolate Candy with Hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • 80 g milk chocolate
  • 80 g coconut oil
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 50 g hazelnuts (optional)

Preparation

  1. Roughly chop the milk chocolate

  2. Melt the coconut oil in a pot over low heat

  3. Add the milk chocolate and melt while stirring

  4. Mix the powdered sugar and cocoa powder together

  5. Sift the mixture into the chocolate-fat mixture gradually

  6. Stir until no lumps remain

  7. Prepare the aluminum molds on a cake plate

  8. Fill the liquid candy into the molds until they are completely full

  9. If desired, chop the hazelnuts and sprinkle them on the candy

  10. Let the plate with the molds harden in the freezer for at least 1 hour or in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours

  11. Keep cool until serving
