No-Bake Chocolate Wafer Halva

Ingredients

  • 120 grams white flour
  • 50 grams rice flour
  • 75 grams butter
  • 50 grams powdered sugar
  • 15 grams cocoa powder
  • 135 grams powdered chocolate wafers
  • 135 grams milk chocolate
  • half teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Sift the white flour and roast it over low heat until the rawness is gone but it does not change color

  2. Add the sifted rice flour and stir continuously until the raw smell is gone

  3. Sift the flours again and return them to the pan

  4. Add room temperature butter to the hot flours and mix, keeping the heat low

  5. After the butter melts and mixes, remove the pan from heat, add powdered sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa powder, and mix, then add the powdered wafers

  6. Finally, add the melted chocolate and mix until smooth

  7. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, compact it, and refrigerate until set

Tips

  1. You can use high-quality chocolate wafers or coffee wafers

  2. Silicone molds do not need to be greased
