Vegan Chocolate Biscoff Bars

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Middle

  • 1/2 cup biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate pieces

Preparation

  1. Combine the base ingredients and mix until it sticks together. Add a little water if needed. Transfer to a lined loaf pan or container and set in the freezer for 15 minutes.

  2. Melt the biscoff spread in a microwave. Remove the base from the freezer and pour the biscoff on top. Return to the freezer for 30 minutes to set.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool for a few minutes. Remove the slice from the freezer and cut into desired pieces. Spoon the melted chocolate over the top.

Storage

  1. Store in a container in the fridge and enjoy.
