Vegan Chocolate Biscoff Bars
Ingredients
Base
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Middle
- 1/2 cup biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate pieces
Preparation
Combine the base ingredients and mix until it sticks together. Add a little water if needed. Transfer to a lined loaf pan or container and set in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Melt the biscoff spread in a microwave. Remove the base from the freezer and pour the biscoff on top. Return to the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool for a few minutes. Remove the slice from the freezer and cut into desired pieces. Spoon the melted chocolate over the top.
Storage
Store in a container in the fridge and enjoy.
