Vegan Nutella Fudge Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups chickpeas
  • 3 Tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut butter
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.

  3. Freeze for 2 hours, then cut into bars.

Notes

  1. Each bar is approximately 175 calories when making 10 bars.
