Vegan Nutella Fudge Bars
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups chickpeas
- 3 Tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 cup hazelnut butter
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
Freeze for 2 hours, then cut into bars.
Notes
Each bar is approximately 175 calories when making 10 bars.
