Vegan Nutella Fudge Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups chickpeas
  • 3 Tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut butter
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 Tbsp melted coconut oil

Optional

  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended.

  2. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish or mold.

  3. Freeze for at least 2 hours, then cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  1. This recipe makes 10 bars, each approximately 175 calories.
