Vegan Nutella Fudge Bars
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups chickpeas
- 3 Tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 cup hazelnut butter
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 Tbsp melted coconut oil
Optional
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended.
Press the mixture into a lined baking dish or mold.
Freeze for at least 2 hours, then cut into bars and serve.
Notes
This recipe makes 10 bars, each approximately 175 calories.
