Vegan Nutella Chickpea Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sugar of choice
  • 1/3 cup hazelnut butter
  • 1/3 cup plant milk
  • 4-5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4-5 tbsp flour (oat flour used)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together except chocolate chips.

  2. Stir in your chocolate chips.

  3. Transfer the batter to a pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.

  4. Bake at 360F for 35 minutes and enjoy.
