Vegan Biscoff Brownies with Chocolate
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp biscoff spread
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup plant milk
- 3/4 cup flour
- 6 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
In a bowl, mix together the biscoff spread, maple syrup, and plant milk until well combined
In another bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder
Combine the wet and dry mixtures, stirring until just blended
Fold in the chocolate chips
Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking pan
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs
