Flourless Gluten-Free Fudge Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup macadamia butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Handful chopped nuts
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a lined oven-safe tin or pan and smooth the top with a spoon.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it cool.
Slice into pieces.
No-bake option
If preferred, skip baking and place the blended mixture in the freezer for a couple of hours to set before enjoying.
Notes
As this is flourless, it will not have a cake-like texture, so expect a fudge-like consistency instead.
