Digestive Biscuits with Sugar Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 packet digestive biscuits
Sugar sauce
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup soft butter

- colored candy
Preparation
In a wide serving dish, arrange the biscuit pieces.
For the sugar sauce: In a mixer bowl, put the sugar, egg whites, and butter. Use the whisk attachment and mix on medium speed until smooth.
Using a small spoon, spread a little sauce on the biscuits, spread it a bit, and sprinkle the candy directly on the sauce.
