Immune Boosting Protein Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond Meal
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes
  • 40g Cookie Dough (Or Vanilla) Protein @macr0mike
  • 1 tbsp Unicorn Superfoods Immunity Blend
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Apricots
  • 1/2 Cup Goji Berries
  • 5 Medjool Dates
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 2 Tbsp SF Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 40g White Choc Chips @noshufoods

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until the mix is a fine crumb and holds when pinched together.

  2. If it is a little dry, add a Tbsp of water.

  3. Add the chocolate chips and mix through.

  4. Roll into large tablespoon size balls, then roll in extra coconut (optional).

  5. Refrigerate overnight.
