Immune Boosting Protein Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Almond Meal
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes
- 40g Cookie Dough (Or Vanilla) Protein @macr0mike
- 1 tbsp Unicorn Superfoods Immunity Blend
- 1/2 Cup Dried Apricots
- 1/2 Cup Goji Berries
- 5 Medjool Dates
- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 2 Tbsp SF Maple Syrup
- Pinch of Salt
- 40g White Choc Chips @noshufoods
Preparation
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until the mix is a fine crumb and holds when pinched together.
If it is a little dry, add a Tbsp of water.
Add the chocolate chips and mix through.
Roll into large tablespoon size balls, then roll in extra coconut (optional).
Refrigerate overnight.
