Vegan Berry Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (I prefer just raspberries)
- 3/4 cup regular oats
- 1/2 cup of dates
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1 - 2 Tablespoon coconut oil
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend everything together.
If it's too dry, just add a few drops of water.
Form with your hands bite sized little balls.
Roll the balls in the shredded coconut until they're completely covered.
Put them aside for a bit of time in the fridge so that the balls obtain a firm consistency.
Afterwards, simply enjoy this little treat.
