Vegan Berry Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (I prefer just raspberries)
  • 3/4 cup regular oats
  • 1/2 cup of dates
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 - 2 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend everything together.

  2. If it's too dry, just add a few drops of water.

  3. Form with your hands bite sized little balls.

  4. Roll the balls in the shredded coconut until they're completely covered.

  5. Put them aside for a bit of time in the fridge so that the balls obtain a firm consistency.

  6. Afterwards, simply enjoy this little treat.
