Vanilla Cinnamon Date Nut Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 5 dates
- 1 tbsp plant milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 35g walnuts
- 50g ground almonds
- 1 tsp Vanilla paste or extract
- 1 tsp ground Ginger
- 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1 scoop protein (optional)
Preparation
Blitz all ingredients in a food processor.
Shape the mixture into 8 balls.
Allow the balls to chill in the refrigerator.
Optionally, top with a mixture of cream cheese and vanilla paste.
