Vanilla Cinnamon Date Nut Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 5 dates
  • 1 tbsp plant milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 35g walnuts
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla paste or extract
  • 1 tsp ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
  • 1 scoop protein (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blitz all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Shape the mixture into 8 balls.

  3. Allow the balls to chill in the refrigerator.

  4. Optionally, top with a mixture of cream cheese and vanilla paste.
