Vegan Carrot Cake Flavored Truffles
Ingredients
- 400g dates (pitted)
- 90g walnuts
- 100g raisins
- 85g almonds
- 30g cashew butter
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 small grated carrot
- Raw cacao powder (for coating)
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz them.
Let the mixture firm up in the fridge for a while.
Roll the mixture in raw cacao powder.
