Vegan Carrot Cake Flavored Truffles

Ingredients

  • 400g dates (pitted)
  • 90g walnuts
  • 100g raisins
  • 85g almonds
  • 30g cashew butter
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small grated carrot
  • Raw cacao powder (for coating)

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz them.

  2. Let the mixture firm up in the fridge for a while.

  3. Roll the mixture in raw cacao powder.
