Vegan Coconut Balls with Nuts and Dates

Ingredients

  • 120 grams of dates
  • 150 grams of mixed nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup fine coconut
  • 3 tablespoons of raw cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender until you have a crumb-like consistency.

  2. Make the mixture into balls and roll them in shredded coconut.

  3. Refrigerate for an hour.
