Vegan Coconut Balls with Nuts and Dates
Ingredients
- 120 grams of dates
- 150 grams of mixed nuts
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1/3 cup fine coconut
- 3 tablespoons of raw cocoa
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a blender until you have a crumb-like consistency.
Make the mixture into balls and roll them in shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for an hour.
