Home Made Dark Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup of 100% raw cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 5 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Melt the coconut oil and combine the coco powder, maple syrup or honey and salt

  2. Whisk until smooth then turn the heat off and add the pistachios

  3. Line a rectangular container with parchment paper and pour the chocolate in and spread evenly

  4. Place the chocolate in the freezer for 60 minutes

  5. Then cut and refrigerate
