Easy Homemade Spirulina Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp spirulina
- 1 cup soft pitted dates
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
Preparation
Add the oats and pecans to a high-speed blender or food processor and pulse until broken down.
Then add the dates and peanut butter and pulse until a sticky dough forms.
Then add the fresh spirulina and gently stir to combine.
Roll into bite-sized energy balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
