Easy Homemade Spirulina Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp spirulina
  • 1 cup soft pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Add the oats and pecans to a high-speed blender or food processor and pulse until broken down.

  2. Then add the dates and peanut butter and pulse until a sticky dough forms.

  3. Then add the fresh spirulina and gently stir to combine.

  4. Roll into bite-sized energy balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
