Tasty Brownie Bites with Walnuts and Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 6 medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 TBS water
  • 1 TBS maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Put walnuts and almonds in a food processor, grind until small pieces

  2. Then add dates, unsweetened shredded coconut, cocoa powder, water, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt and mix it up again until combined with a texture similar to dough

  3. To make the balls, scoop some mixture and roll into balls

  4. Place them in container, refrigerate for about an hour before serving! Pop one in and go for 2nds!
