Homemade Vegan Granola with Oats and Almonds
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 TBS melted coconut oil
- 1 TBS maple syrup
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1 TBS pumpkin seeds
- a dash of salt
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients.
Using your hands, mix to ensure the dry ingredients are evenly coated with the maple syrup and coconut oil.
Cook in the oven at 175°C for around 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the granola is evenly golden.
Enjoy it sprinkled over coconut yoghurt, with fresh fruit and nut milk, or eat it straight up.
