Double Chocolate Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F)

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, rolled oats, and salt

  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet

  4. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes

  5. Remove from oven and stir in chocolate chips
