Double Chocolate Granola
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups rolled oats
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F)
In a large bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, rolled oats, and salt
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet
Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes
Remove from oven and stir in chocolate chips
