Simple Nourishing Date Balls Snack
Ingredients
- 150g dates
- 50g grounded almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- a pinch of salt
- a tiny little bit of water
Preparation
Throw everything except the water in a blender and blend until it’s a homogeneous matter.
Add the water so it’s easier to form the balls.
Roll the balls in coconut flakes, chia seeds or any other topping you like.
