Quarantine Edition Superfood Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup dessicated coconut
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 – 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 pitted dates, soaked
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp green spirulina powder
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix until it becomes sticky and starts to form a ball.
Take dough from food processor and form 1 inch balls.
Roll the balls into the remaining coconut to coat them.
Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
