Vegan Strawberries and Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- Pinch sea salt
- 4 Tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp mini dairy free chocolate chips
Preparation
Ulse rolled oats in a food processor until a very fine flour forms
Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and process until a cookie dough texture forms
Stir in chips while dough is still warm and sticky, roll into balls and enjoy
