Vegan Strawberries and Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 4 Tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp mini dairy free chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Ulse rolled oats in a food processor until a very fine flour forms

  2. Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and process until a cookie dough texture forms

  3. Stir in chips while dough is still warm and sticky, roll into balls and enjoy
