Nut Free Chocolate Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup plant protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or powder
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates
- 1 bar non-dairy dark chocolate for dipping, optional
Preparation
Add pumpkin and sunflower seeds to food processor and process until they form a flour.
Add plant protein, vanilla and dates and process until a dough forms.
Roll into bites and dip in melted chocolate (optional!).
Store in fridge. Enjoy!
