Nut Free Chocolate Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup plant protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or powder
  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates
  • 1 bar non-dairy dark chocolate for dipping
  • optional

Preparation

  1. Add pumpkin and sunflower seeds to food processor and process until they form a flour

  2. Add plant protein, vanilla and dates and process until a dough forms

  3. Roll into bites and dip in melted chocolate (optional!)

  4. Store in fridge
