Nut-Free Oat Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 7 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup sprouted oats
  • 2 servings protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Handful of extra dark chocolate chips
  • Sprinkle of pink sea salt

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, blend dates with oats until crumbled.

  2. Add water and protein and pulse until dough ball forms, you may need to knead with hands to form.

  3. Transfer to a bowl, fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Roll into balls and sprinkle with sea salt.
