Nut-Free Oat Chocolate Chip Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 7 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 cup sprouted oats
- 2 servings protein powder
- 2 tablespoons water
- Handful of extra dark chocolate chips
- Sprinkle of pink sea salt
Preparation
In a food processor, blend dates with oats until crumbled.
Add water and protein and pulse until dough ball forms, you may need to knead with hands to form.
Transfer to a bowl, fold in chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and sprinkle with sea salt.
