Festive Gingerbread Date Spread
Ingredients
- 230g soaked medjool dates
- 250ml water
- gingerbread spices: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
- sprinkle of salt
Preparation
Soak 230g medjool dates in water for 30 minutes or until soft
Drain the dates and blend with 250ml water, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and a sprinkle of salt until smooth
