Festive Gingerbread Date Spread

Ingredients

  • 230g soaked medjool dates
  • 250ml water
  • gingerbread spices: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
  • sprinkle of salt

Preparation

  1. Soak 230g medjool dates in water for 30 minutes or until soft

  2. Drain the dates and blend with 250ml water, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and a sprinkle of salt until smooth
