Easy Homemade Indian Roti Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • Sprinkle of salt

Preparation

  1. Place the flour, water, oil and salt in a bowl and form into a dough.

  2. If the dough appears too dry add a touch of water.

  3. Cut the dough into 2 pieces and roll into a round 20cm diameter.

  4. In a fry pan spray generously with oil and place the dough.

  5. Turn the roti and spray generously again on top with the oil.

  6. Repeat the process
