Easy Homemade Indian Roti Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/3 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- Sprinkle of salt
Preparation
Place the flour, water, oil and salt in a bowl and form into a dough.
If the dough appears too dry add a touch of water.
Cut the dough into 2 pieces and roll into a round 20cm diameter.
In a fry pan spray generously with oil and place the dough.
Turn the roti and spray generously again on top with the oil.
