Homemade Vegan Yorkshire Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup vegan milk (from @floria_tradingbh)
- 9 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons egg substitute
- 6 tablespoons water
- Salt
Preparation
Mix egg substitute with water.
Place 1 tablespoon of oil in each muffin cup.
Heat oven to 240 degrees Celsius.
Place baking tray with oil in oven.
Mix all remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Pour batter into baking tray to make 9 puddings.
Bake at 240 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Remove from tray and place on absorbent paper, then serve warm.
