Easy Vegan Tofu Wraps

Ingredients

  • 200g firm tofu
  • 200g flour
  • salt to taste
  • 30ml water

Preparation

  1. Blend until it’s a dough.

  2. Divide in 4 pieces and roll them out thinly.

  3. Fry in a hot pan without oil for a few minutes on each side and wrap in a kitchen towel to keep soft.

Filling

  1. Fill with vegetables and yogurt sauce.

Notes

  1. This recipe makes 4 wraps with a prep time of 25 minutes and is a way to incorporate tofu subtly.
