Easy Vegan Tofu Wraps
Ingredients
- 200g firm tofu
- 200g flour
- salt to taste
- 30ml water
Preparation
Blend until it’s a dough.
Divide in 4 pieces and roll them out thinly.
Fry in a hot pan without oil for a few minutes on each side and wrap in a kitchen towel to keep soft.
Filling
Fill with vegetables and yogurt sauce.
Notes
This recipe makes 4 wraps with a prep time of 25 minutes and is a way to incorporate tofu subtly.
