Crispy Fried Chicken Dish
Ingredients
- 1.2 kg chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 6 pieces
- 2 liters water
- 80-100 grams salt
- 1 kg flour
Preparation
Dissolve salt in water to make a brine.
Soak the chicken pieces in the brine for several hours or overnight.
Remove chicken from brine and pat dry.
Coat the chicken in flour.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
