Fried Potato Manti with Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- 100g ground meat
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon red pepper paste
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup water
Yogurt sauce
- Yogurt with salt and garlic
Preparation
Cut the potatoes into cubes, salt them, and fry in hot oil until crispy.
Place the ground meat in a pan and sauté it, then add butter and mix.
Add the chopped onion and mix well.
Add the red pepper paste, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and water, then cook until done.
Assemble in a tray by layering the fried potatoes, salted garlic yogurt, and meat mixture.
Chop parsley on top.
Tips
For best flavor, ensure the fried potatoes are crispy by cooking them in high heat with plenty of oil for a sufficient time.
