Baked Turkish Meatballs with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 400 grams ground meat
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Process the peppers and onion in a food processor and squeeze out the water with your hands.

  2. Add them to the ground meat.

  3. Add the spices, pepper paste, salt, and knead well.

  4. Form the mixture into mandarin-sized balls.

  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or use a non-stick sheet.

  6. Brush with oil and bake at 180 degrees Celsius until cooked, checking occasionally.

Notes

  1. You can skewer the meatballs if desired.
