Baked Turkish Meatballs with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 400 grams ground meat
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1 teaspoon red pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- Salt
Preparation
Process the peppers and onion in a food processor and squeeze out the water with your hands.
Add them to the ground meat.
Add the spices, pepper paste, salt, and knead well.
Form the mixture into mandarin-sized balls.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or use a non-stick sheet.
Brush with oil and bake at 180 degrees Celsius until cooked, checking occasionally.
Notes
You can skewer the meatballs if desired.
