Turkish Fried Pastry with Meat Filling
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups of flour
- 2 glasses of water
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 300 grams of ground beef
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 large onion grated (with juice)
- oil for frying
For the dough
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar

For the filling

- 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation
Mix the dough ingredients together and knead until a smooth dough forms
Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes to relax
Prepare the filling by combining the ground beef, grated onion with its juice, and spices in a bowl
Divide the dough into portions and roll each piece into thin circles
Place a portion of the filling in the center of each dough circle, fold over, and seal the edges tightly
Heat oil in a pan for frying
Fry the pastries in hot oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides
Drain on paper towels and serve hot
