Fried Crackers with Vegetable Filling

Ingredients

  • 150g ground beef
  • 60g spinach, boiled and finely chopped
  • 50g carrot, cut into small cubes
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 stalk green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 crackers
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 60g breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Mix the ground beef with spinach, carrot, egg, green onion, onion, garlic, pepper, and salt until well combined.

  2. Take 2 crackers and place the mixture in the center.

  3. Dip the crackers into the beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.

  4. Heat oil over medium heat and fry the crackers until cooked and golden brown. Remove and serve.
