Simple Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 5 chicken wings
  • Cornstarch and flour mixture in 2:1 ratio
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chicken powder
  • Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Preparation

  1. Mix chicken with salt, black pepper, chicken powder, minced garlic, and turmeric powder, then massage until seasonings are absorbed and let marinate for about 15 minutes

  2. Coat the chicken with the dry mixture, then fry in hot oil
