Easy Homemade Taco Tortillas
Ingredients
- 375g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 60ml olive oil
- 160ml water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and knead to a smooth dough.
Form the dough into a ball and let it sit for fifteen minutes covered with a kitchen towel.
Form the dough into eight balls and sprinkle some flour on top.
Roll out each ball into a tortilla.
Place them between cling film to prevent sticking.
While rolling out, cover the remaining balls with a kitchen towel to prevent drying out.
Fry the tortillas in a pan without oil on both sides until golden.
