Easy Homemade Taco Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 375g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 160ml water

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together and knead to a smooth dough.

  2. Form the dough into a ball and let it sit for fifteen minutes covered with a kitchen towel.

  3. Form the dough into eight balls and sprinkle some flour on top.

  4. Roll out each ball into a tortilla.

  5. Place them between cling film to prevent sticking.

  6. While rolling out, cover the remaining balls with a kitchen towel to prevent drying out.

  7. Fry the tortillas in a pan without oil on both sides until golden.
