Easy Red Lentil Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry red lentils
  • 2 cups water

Optional

  • dash of salt

Preparation

  1. Soak the lentils in the water for a minimum of 3 hours.

  2. Blend the mixture until smooth.

  3. Pan fry the batter for a few minutes on each side.
