Easy Red Lentil Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 cup dry red lentils
- 2 cups water
Optional
- dash of salt
Preparation
Soak the lentils in the water for a minimum of 3 hours.
Blend the mixture until smooth.
Pan fry the batter for a few minutes on each side.
Tips
Store the wraps in the fridge for a few days or in the freezer.
