Easy High Protein Red Lentil Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 cup dry red lentils
- 2 cups of water
Optional
- a dash of salt
Preparation
Soak the lentils in the water for a minimum of 3 hours.
Blend until smooth.
Pan fry for a few minutes on each side.
Tips
These wraps only require 2 ingredients and are a great snack to keep on hand.
You can store them in the fridge for a few days or in the freezer.
Use them for sweet or savoury meals.
