Easy High Protein Red Lentil Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry red lentils
  • 2 cups of water

Optional

  • a dash of salt

Preparation

  1. Soak the lentils in the water for a minimum of 3 hours.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pan fry for a few minutes on each side.

Tips

  1. These wraps only require 2 ingredients and are a great snack to keep on hand.
