Vegan Cookies with Pili Nuts and Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 4 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tbsp oil (use a plain tasting oil)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 bag of original pili nuts
- 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Once it’s in dough form, use some flour to mould the mixture into equal-sized balls and push them down slightly onto an oven tray covered in greaseproof paper.
Cook at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes and leave to cool for at least 20 minutes as they should be quite soft when they come out of the oven.
